CSQM1 and 2 begin to come in to effect as of December 15, 2022. This package consists of worksheets and a quality management system manual which, when used together comprise the documentation requirements of a quality management system under CSQM 1&2.
The introduction assists the practitioner in approaching the requirements of the system and all documents can be fully customized based on the nature and circumstances of the firm. The worksheets and forms are word based and are intended to be used together as part of the QM system overall. There is also an indexing system that aids the practitioner in filing and managing the required documentation of the system, as well as any additional documentation that the practitioner may want to include in the system.
The forms address the requirements of the standards mentioned above. Included are aids to recording:
