The new Quality Management standard is upon us and it is going to affect most practitioners in some way.  This course takes the practitioner through the Quality Management Standard CSQM1. (Canadian Standard on Quality Management).  It takes you through the standard so that you have a thorough understanding of its content and the requirements that will affect your firm.  It will include exhibits to help in understanding the requirements and provide guidance on how to approach transition and/or implementation.  It also offers other guidance.  The quizzes are designed to assist in the understanding of the standard and how it might apply in real practice.
